You should be getting the same results. So there is something different in the setup. The most probable is the Ticks per Volume Bar. On your Value Area Lines study this is set to 1. Is it also 1 on your Volume by Price? Also is the Volume by Price study set to the same monthly periods and are they not referencing any periods back (reference periods back - 0)?
