I am unable to connect to the Data Feed after switching to the CQG Trading service having received log-in details from my FCM. I have entered the log-in details carefully and correctly but still cannot connect. I believe I am subscribed to the necessary SC real time and historical exchange data feed which I think is necessary with the CQG trading service. The following is a copy of the error message in the Message Log and your timely advice would be appreciated.
