RV is not an identifier that has been built into the system for alerts (such as O for Open, C for Close, etc.).

The Relative Volume is stored in the first subgraph for the study (SG1), so your alert, if entered on the Relative Volume study itself, would be SG1 > 300.

If the alert is on a different study, or part of the Chart Alert, then you would also need to add the study ID identifier such that the alert would look like the following:
ID1.SG1 > 300

Where the ID1 is the ID of the Relative Volume study. The actual number would depend on your particular setup.
