Do not change the Tick Size. To adjust the Numbers Bars to consolidate prices together, use the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price Multiplier for Intraday Charts and set this to a number greater than 1 (try 10 to start and adjust up/down as needed).
