What you are referring to is the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service included with packages 3 and 5. The documentation did indicate that historical bid volume and ask volume are not included. However, this documentation was out of date and has now been updated. It is included for the following: For popular futures contract markets on the CME/ICE/EUREX.
