The CME Group exchange that you had active did not renew on September 1, 2022 due to a lack of funds in your account at that time. Therefore, you have not had any real-time Denali data for the month of September. You can reactivate the exchange(s) that you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges You may want to wait until October 1, 2022 to reactivate the exchange, as the exchanges are not pro-rated, so if you activate the exchange today (September 28, 2022) you will pay the full amount for the remaining 2 days of September and then pay again on October 1 for October.
