What we attached is all we can get from the Chartbook. We just go through the process of opening the chartbook in version 2204 saving it, then opening in version 2263 and saving again. If anything is not there, then it is not something we can help with. You would have to redo any missing charts. Or you could ask the original creator to update their version of it so you can get it from them.
