Hello, My orders stopped appearing on my Trade chart this morning for only one contract. If I trade in Sim Mode the orders show up no problem, it is only in live that there is an issue. I have gone through the Chart Settings: Filter Initial Fills Which Are Part of Existing Position (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) directions as well as Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu). I have confirmed both the DOM and chart are on the same contract post Roll. I am just out of ideas and google/the support board has not yielded anything yet. Thanks |
