It sounds like you did not get the replacement into the right place. From the image you provided, here are the steps you need to take. All single quotes are just to denote the filename and are not to be used (i.e. 'Sierra4.config' is meant to mean the file named Sierra4.config) - Close Sierra Chart (if running) - In the folder you showed in the image, rename the file named 'Sierra4.config' to 'Sierra4.config.sav'. - In that same folder, rename the file named '31.Sierra4.config-Copy.sav' to 'Sierra4.config'.
