We need to see the actual log entry that you are referring to:
One possibly odd thing is that in the log, it's showing current time and not the supposedly simulated time. I don't know if this is relevant.
The Date-Time at the very end, will always be the current time and that is not relevant.

This must be set to No:

I'm seeing "Signal Ignored because 'IndexToEvaluate' is out of bounds." in the extended trade activity log.
We should look into this. We would need to get the Chart and Spreadsheet file. Instructions to provide the chart:
