Dear support this is urgent. I dont see my working orders on the chart. It worked a second ago, the only thing I remember doing differently was that I placed a limit instead of a market order. >from this point on I dont see my orders on the chart. see screenshot I am aware of this link but I went through all steps but the problem persists. Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Viewing Orders and Trade Position on the Chart / Trade DOM Do you have any idea what to do here? !!EDIT: one thing that I noticed and maybe it helps you find the reason: When I switch to simulation mode my working trades do show, when I switch back to regular mode the problem is still the same Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-09-07 18:57:07
