Hi Team, I am new user, just joined sierra charts and I use it mainly for charting. The issue I am facing is that I am not able to load Intraday charts like 1 min, 5 min etc for NASDAQ stocks. After the message that historical data load is complete nothing comes up for intraday, it's just a blank screen that I get. If i switch to 1 day then I could see data. I read some of the help document and followed steps like updating the symbol settings etc. I am selecting the symbol ending with NQTV like APPL.NQTV etc The same works fine for futures and I am able to see data for ES, NQ.
