I have over 80 days left with the package 3 (includes a 20% discount) and CQG Data service. What do I need to do to move to Package 10 (include a 20 or 30% discount) with the Denali Exchange Data Feed and enabled for Teton order routing. What is the cost of Denali Exchange and Teton Order routing over and above the regular $36 per mont for package 10. Looking to change beginning of September.
