Do not worry about that, as the file we need is not in the Data folder. After you have the issue of Sierra Chart locking up, and you have turned on the option to save the log to a file, then to to your main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart) and then go to the folder named "Logs". Attach the most recent file in that folder.
