The reason why the chartbook is not opening automatically is due to a bad path as shown by this line in your log:
Files to Open on Startup | File does not exist: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\Data\C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\Data\Vito Daily and 1min and 30 min.cht

But we do not know why it is repeating the path to the file, as the path to your data is correct.

Please go to Global Settings >> General Settings >> General and select the button for Select Files to Open on Startup, then select the file and select the Remove button. Then select the Add button to add the chartbook again and then select OK to close that window and select OK to close the General Settings window.

Exit from Sierra Chart and start again and see if your chartbook opens properly.

Note that we are not able to reproduce the exact issue you are having with version 2419, so we do not know why this has occurred or why you do not seem to have an issue with an earlier version.
