Good day. I encountered an issue regarding opening a futures account. I want to simplify things now, subscribing to the professional denali mini futures data feed. However, I already subscribed to the non-professional option - now that this is useless for me I wanted to ask if you would be so friendly to cancel that subscription and issue a refund. I will immediately use the refunded amount to subscribe to the professional data feed. I just subscribed yesterday, so I think that’s within reason. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
