The first thing to check is whether you have anything entered in the Scales Window for Scale Increment. This should be set to 0 unless you want a specific spacing for your prices. Refer to the information here: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Scale Increment (Scale Settings) If it is not the Scale Increment, then you would need to double check the Tick Size setting in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol.
