You will have to contact the programmer of that study and see if they will update it for you, or give you the original C++ file(s). We are sorry that we do not have older versions available, but we have to continue to move forward. Keeping older versions creates multiple issues for everyone, therefore we will always have a cutoff point before which the software will simply not be available.
