Hello, The data and chart books are working fine. The issue is that I did a routine windows update and now all the edits I made to the chart book are gone. It’s as if I just opened the account I tried the the backup option you provided and no "data" is in the back up folder Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-07-18 23:16:16
