When you say it "reverts back to 2394", do you see it revert? is there anything occurring? Or is it just that the next time you open the software it is back at version 2394? If it is the last item above, then if open Sierra Chart, update the software, exit and then restart Sierra Chart immediately, is it back at version 2394?
