You need to set two different items to be disabled (no). First, set Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Apply Intraday Session Times To Intraday Chart to No. Then ensure that the option for Global Settings >> Symbol Settings >> Apply Intraday Session Times to Intraday Chart is not enabled (unchecked).
