That is because you are using the Range Bar - True. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Range Per Bar - True (in ticks) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Intraday Chart Bar Period >> Bar Period Type If you use the Standard Range Bar you will not have the gaps.
