If you are going to use the Delayed Streaming data with our Trading Evaluator service, then you would one of our Base packages (package 3 or 5) depending on your indicator needs. Refer to the information on these packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Base Packages -- With regards to the software update, we see you are on a MAC, and typically the issue is related to the path to the data, which our installer does not understand. We recommend using our Zip installer instead.
