This is not making sense. If you select Window >> Reset Windows and then Window >> Tool Values Window, you are going to get the Tool Values Window to appear. There definitely should not be a problem with this. And what you want to look at is the Total TPO Count in either the Tool Values Window or the Chart Values Window. That makes completely no sense. Whoever is talking about something like this, either does not know what they are talking about, you are misunderstanding them, we are misunderstanding them, but we are only basing what we are saying what you are saying, or they are taking advantage of someone's ignorance.
