As you state, you can not use the Teton Order Routing Service since your account is with AMP. Therefore, your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Currently Selected Setting should NOT be set to CME Teton Order Routing, rather it should be set to either CQG WebAPI or Rithmic Direct - DTC, depending on which service AMP has setup for your account.

In order to use the Teton Order Routing Service, you would need to change brokers. Refer to the list of brokers that support the Teton Order Routing service at Step #2 at the following link:
