I’ve had problems with the billing system doing automatic withdrawals from my bank. I talked to Ray and we cancelled automatic withdrawals on Monday. I’ll be responsible for funding my services account each month. Currently there is $62 which will cover my August payment of $46. Today, the system withdrew $26 from my bank account TWICE, for a total of $52. What’s going on? I’ve had a lot of issues like this and do NOT want auto withdrawals from my bank.
