We are not understanding your question. If you change your Stop to a Market order, then the stop will be filled immediately and close your position. If your trading service will allow you to do it, then you can just move the Stop to a price Above/Below (depending on the position type of Long/Short) the current price and have it fill that way. But, in general, if you are wanting to close your position immediately, then you should use the "Flatten and Cancel" command.
