First thing to do is to ensure with your broker what is open and what is closed and ensure your positions are how you want them.

The underlying issue is that the order fills for the accounts did not get back to the Sierra Chart system, so what is showing in Sierra Chart is not matching reality.

When you are then flat, as setup through your broker, then you will want to go through and correct the missing fills to get your data in Sierra Chart matching what happened in the market. Refer to the following:
