We have given your account a new trial, if you want to try Sierra Chart again.
Firstly thanks for this, very much appreciated.

The Pitchfork drawing tool does also work correctly on a logarithmic scale.
I think there may be misunderstanding...
Currently, lines, rays, forks etc. all draw with a linear relationship. Thus when they draw on a log chart they are all curved - this is correct IF those lines are drawn with linear relationship between the user specified points (let's call them A & B).

However, if those lines are drawn with a logarithmic relationship between A and B there would be two important differences:
- when moving the line on the chart the lines would stay at the same angle not matter if they are moved up or down because the relationship between A and B remains logarithmic.
- on forks/channels the lines would remain logarithmically (and visually) parallel rather than linearly parallel.

Ticking the box to draw straight lines on log charts is not a mathmatically correct solution because the relationship between point A and B is measured linearly (rather than logarithmically) so if the line is moved the angle of the line will change too.
Moreover, on channels and forks the gap between the lines narrows as it gets higher because its being measured linearly but implies a 10c gap between lines when a stock is $10 is the same as a 10c gap when that stock has risen to $200.

I'm absolutely not saying the current drawing is wrong, it is exactly correct for a linear relationship between the points.

The request is for the option to have that relationship be logarithmic and that be available on lines, rays, forks etc.
Fingers crossed for a favourable outcome!
