Order Allocation for Trade Accounts only works for when you have trading accounts under the same login with the trading service. It does not work with trading account at different services or when the accounts are not linked together under the same login. The DTC server information you are referencing is to send an order from one instance to another and then have it routed to the trading service. It does not give a way to copy the order. If we are understanding what you want, you would need to capture the order from one system, send that information to the other and then have the second system duplicate that order and send it to a different trading system. How you get the information from one system to the other is up to you - and you could use DTC to do this. Then you would need to actually copy the trade.
