There are no issues in the log with your connection to CQG.

When you are not in Simulation Mode (so you are live) are you able to see/select the correct account on the Trade Window? Refer to the following for where the account list is located:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

If you have the correct account showing on the Trade Window, then it sounds like your problem is that when you are submitting an order it is getting rejected. Select Trade >> Trade Service Log to open that window and see if there are rejection messages listed. If you need help interpreting what is in there, then please post the information from your Trade Service Log to this thread for us to take a look.
