Are you having problems with all charts or just certain symbols? If only specific symbols, then which ones? For one of the charts in which you are having the issue, please go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting and check if your Load Data Limiting Method is set to Use Date Range and if so, then what are the Date Range From and Date Range To entries set to.
