Hi, I have active Sierra package, Denali and CME market data subscribtions. Today when I arrived at my trading station charts are not updating but connection to the data feed seems to be active I tried to disconnect and reconnect. It connects with no problems but still all charts are frozen Please help me to restore access to my services
