It is not possible to lose your Chartbooks. You must still have them. Changing the Service Package has no impact upon the Chartbooks.

Did you update from a significantly older version of Sierra Chart?

Do you see the Chartbooks listed in File >> Open Chartbook?

You also need to translate the symbols with Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Maybe that is the only problem.
