Whoops, my error then. The link you posted are actually the instructions I did follow, I didn't realize they weren't the same. So yes, I have already done everything as described on that page. Even tried all the things it says don't apply in my case, just to be sure. In fact I just looked and I had posted entirely the wrong link!
