Hi there, I'm exploring running multiple SC instances (through separate copies of SC, not using the new-instance option) and have run into one problem. My sub-instances (3 of them) all have the wrong symbol. My main instance is ESM22-CME, but the sub instances are all ESM22. I have followed all the instructions at Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance: Using Same Symbol Settings in New Instances and everything is set exactly as described, data flows, I can replay, etc. But due to the wrong symbology, the TAL records are all in the wrong pricing units so I get useless data from it. Is there some setting that would cause the correct symbol to not pass through to the sub instances? I've tried updating the symbol settings but it didn't change anything, Find Symbol shows the wrong symbols, etc. I'm out of ideas... any suggestions? Thank you! |
