Dear Sierra Chart,

There's something weird today in my Sierra Chart. Starting at 9:30am US Central Time, some of my account data shown with Yellow Bands on "Waiting for download complete". Even thought i have clicked "Delete and download data", it still takes a lot time to run the data. This problem last until 10:10am. May i know what shall i do if similar things happen next time? I have tried to close the sierra chart and reload the whole thing again, but it does not work as well.
