Hi SC Support I have recently moved from CQG desktop to SC within my brokerage account with Tickmill in the UK. I have setup and paid for the service pack 10 and can connect to my CQG account using the web API. The issue is that I have discovered that realtime data isn't available anymore as I am using SC version 2394 on windows 10. How do I resolve this? If it can't be resolved, then how do I arrange to be refunded? Kind Regards -- Colin |
