The reason why you see repeating numbers in the Numbers Bars is because you do not have a tick by tick data configuration:

From the Message Log, this indicates a communication problem to the historical data server:
CTS FIX Historical Data: No heartbeat messages received from server. Sent Test Request message to server. | 2014-04-11 07:35:35
Socket closed. Windows error code 10053:
