I had the same issue, Amp got on the Phone with SC and then all worked except for live trading. Live trading needs to be set 1 final time after you initially connect. Super easy things in this business are NOT always the most secure. Be patient and it will all work out just fine. I have a friend that has used AMP for years and he loves them! Great Trading!!!
