Hi. I have been using Rithmic data for years Yesterday it was working fine with Sierra Chart Today my account package was up for renewal and I paid for service package 5 as usual However now I can't use the Rithmic Data. It says "Rithmic trading (Not enabled on package)" It's the first time I've seen this problem How can I fix it? (p.s. this is actually a very dangerous situation, as I had a trade live before renewal. Now I can not close it.
