We have tested this, and we were able to get data for the ES for 2014-3-13.

This indicates a communication problem to the server
CTS FIX Historical Data: No heartbeat messages received from server. Sent Test Request message to server. | 2014-04-11 07:35:35

We are not sure why this is happening in your case. Our recommendation when using CTS T4 from your Internet connection is to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Second. This should work around the problem.
