First of all, the Chart Settings >> Apply Global Symbol Settings are to apply Symbol Settings to the chart. It has nothing to do with Tool settings. With regards to the Tool settings, can you please select one of the items that is not working properly in the new Chartbook and tell us which setting it is, and how it works in the one chartbook and then how it is not working in the other chartbook.
