It should not be stopped there, but there is a separate issue - which is that you have not fully activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed. In particular you do not have any exchange active for your account. You can activate the exchange(s) here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Once you get the exchange setup, then let us know if you are still having an issue with ES.
