Make sure each chart (and Trading DOM) is set to use the same Chart Update Interval or that they are set to use the Global Chart Update Interval. You will find the setting for each chart under Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds. Note that if this is set to 0, then the chart is set to use the Global value.
