Under the Pricing section of the Denali Exchange Data Feed is the following: The Exchange Fees. These are billed in full each month no matter when they are activated.
Also, for each exchange listed where the activation takes place is the following wording after the price of the exchange: Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable.
