1) still doesn't account for the gap. 2) I attached several SC it shows my 3 chart links, all the same, my symbol of NQ & how it shows on my chart after I went with NQ ES price is still there & there are no candles. I tried to open NQ alone it worked fine. but I want it in my chartbook.
