The first thing we want to do is to make sure that you are aware that a trading account with a Prop Firm does not count towards the non-professional requirements of the CME Group. You do have some time, since you have been connected to CQG - your current verification ends on May 25, 2021. So you will be able to receive the non-professional exchange data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed through May 25, but after that you will need to connect to a live trading account again in order to extend the verification for another month. As to the issues of setting up Rithmic, where are you getting the "Permission Denied" message? With regards to the server, Apex needs to tell you what server to select from the list. We do not know, and the list is actually generated by Rithmic. We are sorry that this appears to be a finger-pointing situation, but we really do not know.
