Hi, I am a new user of your software. I downloaded TradePro Chart template as required for my training but the chart and format is not showing the same, which makes difficult and impossible to do my homeworks. How do I resolve the issue. Also, I noticed that "chart setting" template is different from the tutoring template TradePro Acedemy is using. Overall, I need help to be on the same page with TradePro Acedemy templates.
