                Dear Support: While in the middle of supervising an open trade (ESM22_FUT_CME), I received the attached disconnect message. Price was updating on the chart, but the bars had stopped updating to reflect the price. A reload of the chart did nothing. A restart of Sierra did not fix the problem. In addition, I have limits and stops that were in effect, and the trade still shows as open. Please help! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-04-25 20:48:09
